After we’ve had our consultation, your plan will start whichever day of the week suits you best.
Our plans include 6 meals a day! Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. All real, healthy food and absolutely no diet shakes or skipping meals. The aim is for you to change your lifestyle and eating habits rather than a quick fix.
The Dreambody plans are designed for you to put your own spin on them. We provide all the ingredients you should use, and some basic instructions, but you should cook them in whichever way suits you!
You will also have access to our Dreambody Facebook group where the community shares helpful tips and tricks and motivates each other throughout the process.
The plans are made to use existing food so nothing goes to waste. It’s all ‘normal’ food too so you won’t have to shop high and low for things you’ve never heard of. The shopping list is kept to a minimum and things can be bought from most supermarkets - I personally shop in Aldi!
YES! Just let me know your history and your dietary requirements and we’ll get a plan to suit you. For example, we have clients that come to us with low cholesterol and high blood pressure, who are able to change to a healthier lifestyle, making a huge change when they go back to the doctors.
Dreambody Nutrition focuses on food, but I do believe that exercise is another key to a healthy mind. It’s not compulsory for you to add exercise to your routine, but it’s something we may be able to discuss once you have a handle on your food. Whatever you’re most comfortable with!
